Too Early?

We went to the store on Monday and let Crew pick out some big boy underwear and a new little toilet seat. This will not come as a shock, but he picked spiderman and Disney characters. I love little boy underwear, so cute! Let me know if you have any tips on potty training a little boy. And am I starting too early? Tonight we put him on his seat and he freaked out, it made him nervous. He also loved his underwear on..can't you tell?

I just love this boy so much! Any tips would help.

Wade wasn't potty trained until he was 3. My advice is to not push it if he's not ready. If he is, give him lots of drinks and put him on the potty every hour. Good luck!

We bought stuff for Anthony when he was two, but he wasn't ready until after 3. Sam potty trained himself at 2.5. If he is freaking out on the potty, he might not be ready. But you can try letting him play games on your phone, or read a book while he sits on the potty. That helped distract Anthony so he was scared, once he went he was so proud of himself that he wanted to keep trying! Good luck, its so nice when you don't have to buy diapers anymore!

Yay! We started Easton at 18 months. Sounds crazy! But he was taking off his diaper so we figured, what the heck. We took him at least every hour for a good 6 months! It wasn't terrible at all, but it was probably a little early. He didn't figure out how to know when he needed to go until right after Callan was born. Soooo I would say it was 7-8 months of taking him potty all day long. Fun stuff!
